SPRING AWAKENING: Bright blossom print top and even brighter yellow accessories

It isn't officially spring until the 20th but with the beautiful weather we've been having and daylight savings this Sunday, I feel that Spring has already arrived.  I am looking forward to longer days (in terms of light), fun and bright colorful outfits, and the warm weather!  What do you usually look forward to during Spring?  Rufus (my little terror aka JRT) has already started sunbathing; he will wait by the door to go out and then plop down onto the first sunny patch he reaches.  Love my silly dog.

Welcoming Spring a tad earlier then what is on the calendar, I combined a flurry of brights and pastels to emulate what one would expect during a stroll through the garden.  The bright blue background of the shirt is the clear sky on a nice day and the sunshine yellow of the accessories is the warm golden light emitted from the sun.  Then we have the blossoms in various colors scattered all around like surprises that were never hidden.  This is definitely a Spring outfit!
Diane von Furstenberg top (similar but against a pink background) / McQ Alexander McQueen for Target shorts (similar) /
Lauren Ralph Lauren bag (only available in pewter currently but nearly identical one here) / Rolex watch (Michael Kors version here)

I hope everyone has a Terrific Tuesday!  Does everyone remember spirit week during high school?  It was always dressing up for the days but it seems the T-days were always the hardest to come up with themes for.  There was Manic Monday, Wacky Wednesday, and usually it would be a Theme Tuesday/Thursday where you would dress up according to the theme assigned to your grade but I can't remember what the other T-day was.  My favorite was PJ day because I could just roll out of bed and head to class.  Ha!  How times have changed :D  Take care all!
